Report a problem

kosovareport:Your voice. A better city.

A pothole in Dardania, a dead street light in Ulpiana, bins overflowing by the bus station. Report what you see, with a photo and the exact spot, and it goes to the department that handles it.

Live in Prishtina for now. More municipalities are coming in the near future.

This is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.

  3. 3Describe it, add a photoWhat's broken, since when, whether it's dangerous. A good photo says more than a paragraph.

Deep pothole in front of the school entrance. Cars swerve into the other lane to avoid it. It's been there since last week's rain.

When many people report the same problem, it counts more. Before you send, you see what was already reported nearby.

  • One problem, one issue

Reports of the same pothole or rubbish pile are grouped into one public issue. The department sees how many people reported it.

  • I see it too

Give an issue a thumbs-up instead of sending the same report again. It takes one tap and needs no name.

  • Updates from the street

Add a comment or a photo when something changes, like “the road is blocked now”. Our team checks comments before they appear.
